We measure ourselves by the results
We also attach great importance to ensuring our quality standardsresult orientation. Our children can often improve by two or three grades if they participate. Customer satisfaction is therefore of particular importance to us. All lecturers are supported after an induction with tips and advice and regular workshops. All teachers report on the course of the lesson in our specially created lesson records (''UNW''), an internal reporting system. These serve as a template for the legal guardians and teachersfeedback talksor even feedback for the employees.
Communication as the key to success
In addition, we value a steadycommunication with the childrenand parents so that they are always informed about upcoming exams and prepare them specifically for them. Children have to bring exercise books with them, because we assign homework on the material learned to each lesson, which serves to deepen the subject. Exercises are practiced until they are understood. Here we take into account the weaknesses and thatUnderstandingof the respective child for the topic and adapt to your learning speed in order to be able to pick it up. In addition, we only use our teachers for the subjects where they canknow-howhave, so they can help the children in the best possible way. We measure ourselves by the results and they should also be able to measure us by them. All teachers are evaluated by the coordination in order to be able to give an assessment of their staff. At the request of the legal guardians, we accompany them to parent talks and parents' evenings at school.

Academic
Our excellent exam results and the goals of our graduates speak for themselves. Much more important is how it happens: With our multicultural staff and problem-oriented learning, we get better access to the children and create a role model function. At our locations, we can motivate students better both in individual lessons and in small groups of up to three students at our location and at schools with a slightly larger group, so that they develop a desire to learn.
